Fights over Wills and estates often pop up on scripted TV programs (and in the movies). But two Michigan attorneys, the husband and wife team of Danielle and Andy Mayoras, are now bringing these types of disputes to TV in a different way.
Their show is called “Trial & Heirs: Protect Your Family Fortune,” and looks to cover much of the same ground as their very entertaining book entitled Trial & Heirs: Famous Fortune Fights! Basically, Danielle and Andy use the estate disputes of celebrities to show non-celebs what to do (and what NOT to do) in planning their own estates. A great idea, isn’t it?
“Trial & Heirs: Protect Your Family Fortune” premieres on Tuesday, August 9th at 8:00 p.m. on PBS in the Detroit area (where Danielle and Andy practice).
